About 6.5 inches long, 1.25 inches thick, natural pork casings, 7 per pack, roughly 1.25 lbs. Seasoned with fennel, pepper, and sweetness. This is the natural casing version — different from the regular Sweet Italian Links also in the case.
Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, 12–15 minutes until cooked through and the casing is slightly charred. Don't pierce them before cooking. Excellent with grilled peppers and onions, in a pasta sauce, or on a sub roll.
Arrives fresh. 1–2 days in the fridge. Vacuum seal and freeze for up to 3 months.
