About Mark Miller

Mark Miller is a local farmer and a leading authority in developing grass-fed beef genetics and pastured livestock production in the region. Mark is leading the development of Heritage Meats' supply chain. He sets the livestock production and meat quality standards used to source our beef, hogs, dairy products, broilers, turkeys, and eggs. His focus ensures that every product not only meets nutritional benchmarks but also delivers on the exceptional flavor and tenderness that define the Heritage Meats experience.

About John Kempf

John Kempf is a nationally respected agriculture consultant known for his deep expertise in soil health, plant physiology, and human nutrition. His foundational philosophy—healthy plants, healthy soil, healthy food—guides our entire approach at Heritage Meats.

John leverages his extensive network of farmers across the country, who prioritize growing food for nutritional quality and flavor.
