Bake at 375°F from frozen for 35–40 minutes, or thaw overnight and bake for 25–30 minutes to 165°F internal. Or grill, pan-sear, or slice for stir-fry, salads, and sandwiches. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil.
Keep frozen until use. Once thawed: 1–2 days in the fridge.
