Half-pound patties formed from local beef. Thick, clean, and consistent. About 2.5 lbs total.

Grill or skillet over medium-high heat, 4–5 minutes per side for medium. Salt and pepper before they go on. Great for burgers, patty melts, or crumbled into a hamburger casserole.

Will last 2-3 days in the fridge when fresh or once thawed. Will last up to 6 months frozen.
