A blend of beef and pork, simply seasoned. The pork adds fat and flavor. Ten patties per pack, about 2.5 lbs total.

Grill or skillet over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side. Pork needs to reach 160°F internal. Season lightly. Great as a burger or crumbled into a skillet supper.
Will last 2-3 days in the fridge when fresh or once thawed. Will last up to 6 months frozen.
