Pound to even thickness for consistent cooking. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, or sear in a cast iron 5–6 minutes per side to 165°F. Season simply and don't overcook. Use for weeknight dinners, stir fry, casseroles, or shredded for tacos.
