One-third-pound beef patties seasoned and blended with dehydrated jalapeño peppers and cheddar cheese. All the flavor is already in there. Eight patties per pack, about 2.5 lbs total.

Grill or cook in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side. Go easy on extra seasoning — there's already plenty of flavor built in. Great with a simple bun, sliced onion, and a smear of mustard. Or skip the bun and serve with roasted potatoes.
These also do well crumbled into a skillet quesadilla or stuffed pepper.
Will last 2-3 days in the fridge when fresh or once thawed. Will last up to 6 months frozen.
