Grill or cook in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side. Salt and pepper before cooking. Great as a burger or crumbled into a skillet supper with potatoes and onions.
Will last 2-3 days in the fridge when fresh or once thawed. Will last up to 6 months frozen.
