Grill over medium-high heat, 3–4 minutes per side for medium. Season with salt and pepper. These freeze well individually — lay flat in a bag and pull out what you need.
Good for backyard cookouts, big family dinners, burgers, patty melts, or crumbled into a skillet supper.
Will last 2-3 days in the fridge when fresh or once thawed. Will last up to 6 months frozen.
