Get the pan screaming hot before the beef goes in. Cook in small batches — crowding the pan steams instead of sears. Toss with broccoli, peppers, and onions over rice for a fast dinner. Also works in beef fried rice or a quick beef and vegetable skillet.
Will last 1-2 days in the fridge once opened. Will last up to 6 months frozen.
