Thick cut, about 1/8 inch, 8–9 slices per pack, 1 lb. The applewood smoke is part of the curing process — mild, sweet, smoky flavor. The extra thickness means it stays chewy rather than crispy.
Skillet over medium-low heat, about 5–6 minutes per side. Or bake at 400°F for 20–22 minutes. Good for a serious BLT, on a burger, or as a thick side with eggs.
5–7 days in the fridge once opened. Vacuum seal and freeze for up to 1 month.
